A Texas man who sold drugs and took Viagra to doctors to avoid legal action for failing to warn him of the dangers of using a drug after he developed erectile dysfunction was sentenced today by a U. S. district court in Houston.
JACKSON McCARTHY, of Fort Worth, Texas, pleaded guilty to one count of making and dispensing an unauthorized sales order for Viagra, also known as "the little blue pill," after his doctor warned him that "the little blue pill" could cause serious harm.
